25 Dumbbell Push Presses (50/35)
Instructions
Complete the prescribed work in the order written for 3 rounds. Go as fast as possible while maintaining great technique. If you’re missing dumbbells, see the “Limited Equipment Option” below.
Score is the time on the clock when the 25th DB Push Press in the 3rd round is complete.
Complete a general warm-up (10-15 minutes total) and cool down/final stretch (5-10 minutes total).
