Instructions
On a 12-minute clock, complete the prescribed work in the order written. If you’re missing a barbell, use dumbbells. If you’re missing weights and/or a jump rope, see the “Limited Equipment Option” below.
Score is the total number of rounds and reps completed before the 12-minute clock stops.
Complete a general warm-up (10-15 minutes total) and cool down/final stretch (5-10 minutes total).
