Instructions
Complete the prescribed work in the order written. Focus on quality, not speed. If you’re missing equipment, see the “Limited Equipment Option” below.
There’s no Score for today’s session. But there will be a place in SugarWOD to record your time so you can note your loads, insights, etc.
Complete a general warm-up (10-15 minutes total) and cool down/final stretch (5-10 minutes total).
